Has anyone done a project report for the CIPD certificate in training practice?

I am currently working on my project report for the CIPD certificate in training practice. I am struggling with the layout of the report. Can anyone please give me some insperation.

I did a management report for the CIPD professional delveopment scheme. General layout included the following -

1) Executive summary (abstract of the content of the report, a bit like the summary you get on the back of a book)

2)Introduction - including objectives, method, contraints, background to the company the report was on, current system, reason for review

3) Findings

4) Conclusions

5) Recommendations including implementation plan with costs

6) Bibliography

7) Appendices
